Pricing

The business pays, not each person in it. Creating a user costs nothing, and there is no trial period: the Free plan is there instead.

One plan per business, with all ad platforms. Paid plans with no cap come later, once the index has grown.

What an MCP call is

  1. One look in the index. Your AI assistant reaches Markindex through an MCP server. Each time it looks something up there, that is one call.
  2. A question takes several. Your assistant can make several calls to answer one question, so 30 calls is about 10 questions.
  3. The 30 belong to the business. On Free, everyone in the business draws on the same 30. When one person has used them, they are used up for all until the next month.
  4. Your assistant tells you. When the cap is met, it gets an answer saying so. It does not guess.

Your data and the index

  1. Your data is part of the index. That is what a co-op is: members connect their ad accounts, and together those accounts are the index.
  2. Everything in the index is anonymised. No names of companies, accounts, campaigns or ads. We never say who is doing well.
  3. When you leave, we delete your data. It is removed from the index at once, and from our backups within 30 days.
